I think what is so laughable is the jobs for which you are posting. They aren't even related to Oracle.

I've been looking for a good mechanic. Job should keep someone with a steady stream of business for the next three to five years. Responsibilities would include changing oil, inspecting belts and hose periodically, and proactively recommending maintenance at specified intervals.
