Hello,

We are using Oracle 10.1 on SLES 9 SP2, with LDAP authenication.

Right after RMAN connects to the target database, an LDAP error occurs and cause recovery manager to fail. The error message is:

connected to target database: SEERDW (DBID=xxxxxxxxx) connected to recovery catalog database
rman: extended.c:141: ldap_extended_operation_s: Assertion `( (ld)->ld_options.ldo_valid == 0x2 )' failed.

Have anyone experienced this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
