Even if it did, I'd probably consider using the (included) Heterogeneous services in Oracle and simply make the SQL Server look like a remote Oracle database. That way I could use the capabilities of Oracle, such as the analytic functions (that are available even in Oracle Express Edition) to reduce the data set.
