Hi,

The difference between System Administrator and Application Developer is in the form functions that are attached to the respective menus. Responsibility is all about managing roles among user or set of users. We can have all the form functions of System Administrator in Application Developer responsibility and vice versa. For e.g. The role of registering custom applications is normally done by developer. The role of assigning responsibilities to different users is with System Admin.

Please let me know if you need further clarification in this regard.

Regards,
Sreee
