i want to install oracle 9ias on windows 2000 advanced server but unfortunately could not succeed as it hangs while completing at 100% , is there any website or can anyone give me the installation steps along with software.

I'm not even close to being an expert, but - the log file says that there was a file missing (D:\Oracle\806\DISCWB4\UTIL\RegisterCollector.BAT) and you chose not to install that component. Installation then went on; the last component installed was "BC4J Runtime 3.2.3.995.1". I have no idea whether it is the last one or not and does the missing file has anything to do with it, but I suppose that it was the moment that you thought that the installation is hanging, pressed "Cancel" and exited the process.

Hopefully, someone who is experienced in IAS installation will be able to assist.

(Did you try to start the IAS? What happened?)

after restartign the http service did'nt start and how can i install forms and reports service.
