Dear All,

i m planning upgrade my server from 10.2.0.1 to 11.2

we have license for oracle 10g standard edition.

please tell me the procedure from licensing point.

Since you have a STANDARD EDITION license, you are good to use 11g standard. That's it.

Enterprise Edition costs more $$$.
