Guys,

My database is with 8K block size. Will I be able to create a tablespace with 16K block size.
If Yes, please let me know with an dummy example {syntax}

Yes, it is possible.
You have to first set db_16k_cache_size parameter then create a tablespace specifying the block size.
The syntax is in the documentation.
