Hi,
Could anyone please send me the documenttion to create the database which will be exact copy of the other database.
I would like to copy data files,redo log files control files.
Please give me link of that document which will tell me the steps of copying the database.

Thanks Michel,
Actually i have database at Linux box and i want the same copy at the Windows box.
Thats why i asked the steps for copying the files.
Is it possible with the RMAN DUPLICATE in this case?
