Hello everyone, we need help as we've met a blocker on Siebel CRM 17.0 setup on one of our server.
Blocker details as per below:

ISSUE:
Unable to browse to server (<Server FQDN>:9301/siebel/smc) to configure the security profile.
In other word, we are unable to access the Siebel server on a specific port that we configured.

STEPS TAKEN BEFORE THE BLOCKER:
- Installed Siebel Enterprise Server CRM 17.0 and its Application Interface on port 9301
- We also configured the Database on MSSQL Server, and activated its license key.

Checked in Firewall, confirmed that both inbound and outbound rules for AOI Siebel is using port 9301.
I've attached the screenshot for the issue and the firewall rule.
